Five Simple Steps.

Pack Them Up

Lace your shoes loosely and stuff with paper to hold their shape. Ship shoes ONLY. The original shoe box and accessories are not needed and waste shipping space. Pack in a sturdy mailer with bubble wrap or newspaper.

Include the Slip

Drop a slip inside with your name, contact number, email, service selection, prior work disclosure, and your signed Terms acceptance. See the sample slip below.

Ship Insured

Pick your carrier, method, insurance, and signature option. You cover shipping both ways. We recommend insuring for full replacement value on high-end pairs.

We Diagnose & Invoice

We confirm receipt, inspect the pair, and send the invoice. Payment in full is required before work begins. Prior work changes the quote.

05

Restore & Return

We restore your pair and ship it back. Turnaround is 10 to 20 business days. You get a tracking number when they leave Memphis.

Need to Know

How long does it take?
Turnaround is 10 to 20 business days from receipt, excluding weekends. Quality of work matters more than speed. If you need expedited service, email us about express options.
When do I pay?
After we receive and inspect your pair, we send an invoice. Payment in full is required before work begins. Most customers pay via Shop Pay, credit card, or Venmo.
What if my pair has been worked on before?
Disclose any prior cleaning or restoration on the slip. A new quote may be issued once we see the pair. You can cancel if you are not comfortable with the new quote.
What if I'm outside the US?
We accept pairs from anywhere. International customers cover outbound and return shipping plus customs fees. Email us for an exact return quote.
Are my shoes insured during shipping?
Shipping insurance is the customer's choice. We recommend insuring your outbound and return shipments for full replacement value. SNKRR BAR is not responsible for carrier mishaps in transit.
What happens if I decline the invoice or never pick up?
If payment is not made within 14 days of the estimate, or if you do not respond within 14 days after notification that finished shoes are ready, the property may be disposed of. See full Terms of Service.
