Mail It In or Drop Off

Print the bag packing slip, then ship it to our Memphis lab or drop it off at 1350 Concourse Ave, Ste #117, Memphis, TN (Tue-Sun, 11am-5pm).

We Diagnose & Restore

Every bag is photographed on arrival, then cleaned or restored to its tier by hand in our lab.

We ship it back insured, or hold it for in-store pickup, whichever you prefer.
